About Cintech

For 20 years, we have specialized in technical customer service, support management, NOC support, and case management

From our support centers in northern Sweden, we monitor our clients' most critical systems 24/7, providing personalized support to their most valuable customers, including both consumers and corporate clients. In addition to various forms of IT support and technical customer service, we also produce digital streams and ensure the functionality of technology and systems for clients with high standards for quality, operational reliability, and accessibility.

Cintech was founded in Dorotea in 2005, during the emerging digital transformation, originally under the name "Datakompisen i Dorotea." New media, services, and technology were to be delivered to consumers on different devices. With the founders' background in traditional internet support and experience in media and music, we were well-prepared to meet the growing support demands. We offered technical customer service, support functions, and user assistance for internet connections and digital services, primarily with multi-skilled personnel. Our clients became more competitive by providing generous operating hours and high-quality customer service through Cintech's shared resources. Alongside customer service for several internet providers, we quickly became a partner to major media companies that began delivering entertainment through streaming broadcasts and video-on-demand.

We expanded and delved deeper into technology, becoming an increasingly competent technical partner for companies with IT support needs and various forms of B2B services requiring outsourced case management. With methodologies and routines for managing support functions, we have recently grown with services for monitoring, troubleshooting, and support for business-critical systems with 24/7/365 availability.

Today, we offer both outsourced support for consumer services with large case volumes and technical monitoring, case management, and NOC support for advanced systems and services in the corporate market, with high standards for quality, technical expertise, availability, and response times.

We are an important employer in the region with support offices in Dorotea and Vilhelmina. We take great responsibility for the environment, community development, and for our staff, our clients, and their end customers. We are a "Master Gazelle" with three Gazelle awards since our founding in 2005. We are also certified in ISO standards 9001 (quality), 14001 (environment), and 45001 (occupational health and safety).
